Onsite at your home - $55/hour or porti
Shop service - $45/hour - Based on quote
Remote Support - $25 per DualMon call up to 1 hour
Replacement parts are at cost, no markup, i.e.
Memory, hard drives, power supplies, CD/DVD drives, etc.
Hours of Service
Onsite at your location, please call us for an appointment: Hours are 8-5, Mon - Fri. If you call after hours, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
For shop service, call for time to drop your unit off.
For remote support, we use DualMon. Please call us for directions on how to setup remote access.
